The OPPO Soft Ice/Hot Bag may be used for ice and heat therapy for natural pain relief. It can help to reduce swelling, relieve headaches and pain and relax tight joints and muscles.
For cold therapy, the bag should be filled 2/3 full with ice, cold water or both and then applied directly to the desired area.
For heat therapy, fill the bag 2/3 full with warm water no higher than 45°C (113°F).
