Elbow Supports

The elbow joint is a simple hinge joint, consisting of the humerus, ulna and radius. The humerus and ulna bone shaft form an angle, called the “carrying angle”, with the normal carrying angle range between 10 and 15 degrees.

Most common problems with the elbow joint occur on the medial and lateral epicondyles of the humerus, and are more widely known as Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow. Golfer’s Elbow involves the wrist flexors while Tennis Elbow involves the wrist extensors.

The OPPO range of Elbow Supports helps to resolve Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow problems, as well as providing support and compression for weak and injured elbows.
