Ankle Supports

Ankle and foot problems are very common, and the ankle is the most frequently sprained joint in the body.

An ankle sprain occurs when the ankle is suddenly ‘twisted’ during sports or when stepping off an uneven surface. People with weak lower limb muscles, poor sensation or abnormal gait are at high risk of ankle sprain.

Other problems associated with the ankle include fracture and achilles tendinitis, which is a condition of irritation and inflammation of the large tendon in the back of the ankle.
